Privacy Policy

What we process for accounts, billing, device seats, and abuse prevention, and why.

01 Data we process

• Account: username and auth identifiers (Cognito). No email is required for product accounts.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers.
• Device: a hashed hardware id for seat limits, plus last-seen timestamps.
• Technical: IP, user-agent, download and audit events, and logs for abuse prevention and reliability.
• Native client security: for a persistent untrusted reader, we may receive coarse categories such as read/write access class, repeat count, signer verdict, broad location class (for example Temp or Program Files), post-launch timing, and self-integrity status. We do not receive the process name, PID, full path, signer name, module list, or memory contents.

02 Why

CS2 crash diagnostics: the client saves exception details, the faulting module and relative location, active numeric settings (including skins and inventory settings), recent setting changes with timestamps, and a short history of client and map events. Queued reports upload on your next authenticated client launch and are linked to your account for staff diagnosis. They exclude passwords, session tokens, raw memory dumps, screenshots, chat, scripts, private text and full file paths. Local queued reports expire after 30 days; server reports expire after 90 days. Settings are sampled, so very brief changes may not appear.

• To provide the Service, authenticate you, bill you, prevent fraud and account sharing, and handle security and support.

03 Sharing

• Processors: AWS (hosting) and Stripe (payments; Stripe may collect a receipt email at checkout only).
• We do not sell personal data.

04 Retention

• Account data is kept for the life of the account; native security evidence expires after 90 days; other logs have limited retention; backups exist for recovery.

05 Your rights

• Request access or deletion via the Support page. Some data may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
